I stayed during November (low season), so it was peaceful. The check in process was seamless. The room is very basic but spacious. Very convenient location to the beach and shops/restaurants.

Our stay was very pleasant. Quaint little beachside inn. Beach was easily a block away with easy access. Location was perfect and the main strip of the town was super close and walkable. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to in the area. Hotel and pool were very clean. The only downside was the bed. The mattress was pretty hard but if you’re tired enough, that won’t matter so much! Overall, would highly recommend this place!

From the moment we stepped foot on property it has been nothing but exceptional. From the front office to everybody else that works here was awesome. The renovations are truly like no other, it makes you feel like you’re in an upscale luxurious resort. Perfect location for walk ability to town. We have not one negative review about this place. Will only be coming here from now on.

We have been staying at the Wave Inn for years. The location to the beach and the town are perfect. You can walk everywhere, a block to the beach.... the staff is also always extremely nice and helpful.

We were very disappointed with the entire hotel stay. Room wasn't what they showed online. It showed a stove in the picture of room that we chose. We bought over $200 in groceries expecting to cook. We had an infant and child with us so we had to spend another $315 on lunch and dinner and then another $120 on breakfast and $53 on lunch. This was very disappointing to me and my family especially because we spent $1203 on 2 rooms for only one night. The floor in the hotel room was filthy and sticky. The bed was sunken in and made it difficult for my son to fall asleep. The pull- out couch was just so poorly made that it was so uncomfortable. Not what I expected especially from the online pictures. I hope they do better with the next family that stays here.

I give A Wave Inn 5 ⭐️! While looking for a great hotel in Montauk, this hotel caught my eye because it was right in the middle of all the action and across from the beach . Although I had seen some bad reviews , I decided I will give it a shot . I’m glad we did because it was amazing ! Great Vibe by the Pool ! .Friendly staff . Rooms were great! The manager informed me that they recently remodeled the entire hotel it was perfect ! Definitely will be coming back for my next Montauk trip.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is a block from the beach, and 2 blocks from town, which made it very convenient for us.

The rooms were updated and beautiful. Self check in was great and the location was perfect. 10min and less to everything and the beach was a 3min walk
